Job change signals across your entire CRM

Everything from the session, in one place. The slides, the four play prompts, and a way to reach Andy.

The four play prompts

One per play. Paste into Claude Code with the Freckle CLI.
Play 1 · Champion tracking
Use Freckle to track job changes across two {CRM} segments and one enriched segment.

1. Primary contacts on closed-lost deals where the reason was budget, timing, or a competitor tool.
2. Every current customer, including all users at their org.
3. For each customer account, find as many {impacted job title}s at the company as you can and track them too.

When someone changes jobs: check whether the new company fits our ICP, post to {#channel} tagging the deal owner with a one-line congrats and a day-14 follow-up, and update the contact in {CRM}.
Play 2 · CRM hygiene
Use Freckle to keep {CRM} contacts current with a job change tracking signal monitor.

1. Pull every contact.
2. Where the LinkedIn URL is missing, enrich it first.
3. When a contact changes jobs, enrich only that record (new company, title, work email) and write it back to {CRM} with a last-verified date.

Post a weekly summary in {#channel}.
Play 3 · Network intros
I've uploaded a variety of CSVs with a combination of our investors', partners' and teams' LinkedIn connections. Use Freckle to find warm intros from our network.

1. Dedupe the companies, and build a workflow to filter out only {ICP criteria} companies.
2. Track job changes across the connections at those ICP companies.

When we find someone joins an ICP company, draft a one-line intro request to the mutual contact (“Sarah just became CRO at {company}. Could you introduce us?”) and post it in {#channel} with the mutual contact tagged.
Play 4 · Job postings
Use Freckle to find as many target companies that meet our ICP criteria to build a full TAM map:
{ICP criteria}

Then, monitor job postings at our TAM target companies and all current customer companies.

Filter the monitor to {departments we sell to} and {seniority}.

For each posting, read the description and pull out the team, the tools named, and any competitor from {competitor names}.

Then route it to the right Slack channel:
- {#channel}: a customer hiring into the team that uses us. Task for the CSM, note current seats.
- {#channel}: a posting naming a tool from {partner tools}. Task for the AE with the relevant case study.
- {#channel}: a posting naming a competitor. Task for the AE, follow up when the hire starts.
